- Compensation analysis for offers from Radford Market data, internal equity assessment, department of labor prevailing wages.
- Continuously planned for Spring graduates prior to Fall semester/quarter.
- Recruited students from campus visits of top ranked schools for LSI including UCSD, Purdue, University of Colorado Boulder, Georgia Tech, UCSC.
- Organized and lead Tech Talk with LSI Fellow at UCSD.
- Managed pre career fair and post career fair interviews at different campuses.
- Interviewed for hiring managers at UCSD, selected candidate would make the final round and be selected for offer.
- Lead teams at each campus visit and followed through with candidate interviews across LSI locations for new grad positions.

- Lead San Jose location for weekly US intern video meetings.

- Full cycle recruitment for key business units including Core Networks, Networks Product Division, Nova, Enterpriseand provided interim support of various other BU’s including Innovation, CRD, Hi-Silicon.
- Notable key hires included Chief Architect Enterprise, Senior Director Architect, Unified Communication Chief/CTO, Standards Manager.
- Critical projects included Cloud Storage Group, IPBU, Enterprise, Nova.
- For 2010, Huawei hired most US Summer Interns. (hired through online searches, alumni relations with professors).
- Organized Meet and Greet events to integrate interns into environment amongst mentors and peers. (2010 and 2011)
- Select interns in NPD were measured as higher performers than professional level team members. Select interns chosen to lead project in ShenZhen during part of Summer.
- Created Facebook Community page for 2011 interns.
- Arranged Giants baseball tickets for out of state interns looking for extracurricular activities outside of work hours.
- July 2011 converted first intern to fulltime regular hire. (Intern hired February, two patents filed for Huawei)
- Managed Huawei’s LinkedIn Recruiter licenses; inherited Huawei Career Page on Facebook.
